Gold Art Promotion Council-Pakistan has signed its maiden barter agreement with Pan American Enterprises, G.L.D.A. Tucson, Arizona, USA for 2009. As per this historic agreement, a special booth was set up at the exhibition (February 3-8) which attracted a large number of visitors. This honour is not only a big achievement of the Gold Art Promotion Council-Pakistan, but this credit goes to the whole gem and jewellery community of Pakistan. No other association has signed such barter agreement before the initiative taken by the genuine representative of the gem and jewellers’ community from Pakistan — GAPC-Pakistan. It is hoped that this sapling will turn into a big tree providing shade and benefits to all members of the jewellers’ community of Pakistan.
